Feminism and Evolving the Soul

The original intent of feminism was to release women from the bondage of ownership by their fathers and husbands, in some cases brothers. In most cultures this has succeeded. Bravo!

Then the next intent was to provide women with the same opportunities as men, and again this has been successful. Hooray!

Now, it seems that the intent is to prove that women can do everything men can do as well as have babies. The problem with this is if women can do everything that men can do (and more) what purpose do we have for men? Are we nothing but fertilizers?

We must ask ourselves what can men do that women can’t?

This is a question truly worth answering because it’s not obvious! I think if we can answer this question we will have a deeper understanding of ourselves, our purpose, and our souls, for both men and women alike, and we will be able to live more harmoniously without pointing fingers.

Arts and Creativity in Times of AI

If you make subpar art, AI and its operators are coming for you and will destroy you.

Which begs the question, what is the difference between subpar art vs Good art?

AI’s algorithm, how it operates, can actually help us answer this question.

AI has to be trained on databases, otherwise it wouldn’t exist. It’s existence is similar to humans studying previously established knowledge.

A good student who studies all the greats, will maybe one day be able to create some sort of amalgamation of everything they have learned. The problem is, Ai can do the same thing, only better.

However, Human’s can do something AI can’t, we have the capacity to tap into something higher than past knowledge. We can think truly creatively, we can bring something that wasn’t here before and make it a reality.

So that answers the question: the difference between subpar art and good art is that subpar art is “inspired” by previously conceptualized ideas, whereas truly good, truly inspired art is inspired by something greater than us, the spirit, perhaps.

So AI will eventually create all the subpar art, and all the truly creative works will be made soley by inspired humans, aka artists.

How Toxic Work Environments Occur and How to Fix Them

Workplace toxicity can manifest in many different ways and has many ugly heads. If we were to boil down all these particulars to their root cause, that root would be selfishness.

Unfortunately, rugged individualism and selfishness is baked into western culture, it is ever present, due to no one’s fault in particular, but most organizations can manage to collaborate just fine…until they can’t.
